"Sueños cubanos" tells the stories of Cuban citizens, 50 years after the triumph of the Revolution.
The film director Weymar had to travel from Havana to Bayamo, east part of Cuba, in order to make the film.
He told Prensa Latina he did not want to give details about it, and added they wanted to present the daily life of the characters, their experiences, dreams, problems, joys and worries in the film.
Weymar said he proposed the project to three German TV Channels, but it was rejected by the three of them for alleged politic reasons.
Mundo Latino representative Diana Maria Gonzalez and Cuban artist Adrian Rumbault, one of the main characters were present during the premiere.
