Science, Technical Careers Fostered in Sancti Spiritus, Cuba

Once every Cuban municipality has been provided with higher education facilities, the country is in a position to encourage the training on highly demanded occupations that had been neglected somehow.
According to local sources, other important transformations are to be undertaken in this province both in the Exact Sciences and the pedagogical school program.
There are 15 pre-university institutes in Sancti Spiritus, five of which are dedicated to pedagogical sciences and one to Exact Sciences education. There are also 39 secondary education schools, 17 vocational training centers, as well as several higher education institutions like the Jose Marti University Center and the Medical Faculty, among others.
