Hotel Los Frailes in Havanas historic heart celebrates eighth anniversary
Artist José Vicente Rodríguez Bonachea's exhibition, entitled "Las Alucinaciones de un Fraile" (The Hallucinations of a Friar), consists of six artworks.

According to experts, the works resemble the symbolism and mysticism in temples, convents and cloisters during the gold age of that religious order.

Executives at the hotel, run by the company Habaguanex S.A., highlighted the attractions of the establishment, which offers 18 rooms and four mini-suites.

As an example, they recalled that the lineal average occupancy rate this year is 80 percent.

The hotel, housed in a 1793 building, has a privileged location, near the Basilica of Saint Francis of Assisi and the Old Square.
