National and foreign exhibitors will showcase their products and services at the Atlapa convention center, with an area of 9,300 square meters available for the stands, which will be grouped by category (food, beverages, services, textiles, accessories, technology and construction).

Other countries participating in the fair are Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, El Salvador, Spain, United States, Mexico, France, Holland and Japan, the fair's organizing committee announced according to a report by Prensa Latina news agency.

According to the directors of the event the expectations are set to equal or surpass last year's transactions which were valued at 128 million dollars.

As part of the fair, a business forum will be carried out with the participation of trade and industry ministers of the region along with businessmen and special guests.
