In addition, investments have been made to improve spinning, warping, gluing, weaving, whitening, finishing, printing and manufacture.
Those efforts are aimed at reducing imports of textiles and improving the quality of productions.
In order to achieve that goal, the factory needs to increase its labor force, because four work shifts are needed and the current staff can just cover two shifts.
