New Cuban Software at Computer Event
Deputy Ministry for Informatics and Communication Jose Luis Perdomo stated those endogenous projects to be displayed at the trade fair associated to the Convention are representative of the most relevant ones executed in the island.

A package of "Multisaber" didactic games, intelligence semaphores, and Nova operation system, all of them result of Cubans' intellect, will be other innovations that could be appreciated by delegates and guests attending the meeting.

Nearly 2,000 delegates from some 50 countries are expected to attend the meeting, starting February 9 through 13 at the Havana's Conference Center and PABEXPO exhibition center.

Issues like telecommunications, electronic trade, automatization and information applications in health and education, among others, will be analyzed in the 14 events of the convention.

Other innovations includes virtual participation of nearly 200 experts, and an internal TV channel to maintain the two venues inter-connected.
