The award that is delivered for the third time was giving on this occasion to José Socarrás, vice president of Casa de las Américas, José Fernández, director of the Economic Consulting House of the Ministry of Culture and José Atanes, recently diseased, who was an accountant of the Cuban system of culture.

At the same time, there was paid posthumous tribute to María del Carmen Catatei, Audit Director of the Ministry of Culture until her death.

The tribute was held at the National Association of Economists of Cuba and is created and organized by the Ministry of Culture.
