Firm executives pointed out that Habaguanex hotels have benefited from constructive improvements, resulting in better services.

The company runs a score of hotels and inns, more than 30 restaurants, 60 cafeterias and bars, and more than 80 shops and markets.

Habaguanex S.A., which is attached to the Office of the City Historian, was named after one of the first aboriginal chiefs who ruled in the region where the Cuban capital was founded in 1519.

Habaguanex's offers meet the demands from a segment of vacationers interested in urban tourism and Old Havana's attractions.
