According to a note published in the website of the Cuban Foreign Minister (MINREX), the visit of this delegation, made up of 15 businesspeople, will also contribute to the promotion of bilateral trade relations between Cuba and Romania.

Some of the members of the delegation are Vasile Dumbrava, Executive President of the Club; Iulian Velicu, Vice President of EXIMBANK; and Ioan Piturescu, President of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses (PIME) of Romania.

This group will also be in Cuba for the 26th edition of the International Fair of Havana, the most important international trade event held in the Caribbean nation annually.

This is an important fact considering that Romania’s last presence in the fair was in 2000.

The Romanian business delegation will arrive in Cuba on November 4th and they will stay in Havana until November 7th, when they will travel to Mexico.
