On the other hand Lisandra is now the first Cuban woman with 2306 points, four more than former leader, GM Maritza Aribas.
Both Corrales and Ordaz will have the chance to increase their ELO ratings in the last three months of the year, when the first participates in the prestigious Casino Barcelona tournament and Lisandra competes in the coming World Chess Olympiad in Dresde, Germany.
