Cuba Hosts National Parachute Championship
Acosta won the precision jump contest, with an average of 29 centimeters from the center in six rounds.

In the junior category, the first three competitors in the precision jump contest were Oscar Arteaga (Matanzas), Gerardo Ramos (Granma) and Roiler Corría (Las Tunas).

By teams, the winner was the western province of Pinar del Río. Competitions were held in other categories, including the tandem modality, in which a parachutist jumps with a companion using a special parachute.

The delegations from Holguín and Matanzas won the events in the so-called relative work modality, which consists of performing acrobatics in the air.
