La Granjita, which is run by Hoteles Cubanacán, has 71 bungalow-type rooms and is visited by guests from France, Holland, Great Britain, Germany and Spain mainly.

The building was designed as a typical Cuban farm with thatched roof. It has a swimming pool, a 160-seat restaurant, party hall and meeting rooms.
