This right initiative stimulates the reading of newspapers, magazines, and books, in lobbies of buildings that have a wide access of people.

By means of this entertainment the users increase their cultural level and perceive agility in the service while they get relax, in spite of the the long waits.

The Young Communist League of Cuba (UJC) in Las Tunas has boosted this campaign in the eight municipalities of the territory, by means of books and newspapers in labor and teaching centers.

Some of the institutions that will receive these benefits are policlinics, hospitals, rehabilitation rooms, bus and rail stations, offices of the housing, whorshops, hairdressers and barber's shops, among others.

But the population's discipline is very necessary to preserve the books so that other users can enjoy the pleasure of the reading during their stay in those facilities.
