Executives from the Cuban firm Publicitur said Cubana de Aviación would charter 260-seat B767 planes to the airline EuroAtlantic.
The trips will include tourists from northern Portugal and Galicia (Spain), where HAVANATUR has representative offices.
TerraCuba executives added that the agreement would also pave the way for the hotel group Pestana, the largest of its kind in Portugal, to start up operations in Cuba.
It will also benefit Atlantic Holidays, Pestana's tour operator in Great Britain, which will contribute 60 percent of clients.
