However, the visitors sealed the 10-4 score with a six-run rally in the seventh inning off reliever and loser Irandy Castro.

Another reliever, Osmani Tamayo, took the win backed by a 16-hit attack that was led by catcher Rolando Meriño, with three RBIs, and Luis Miguel Nava and Pedro Poll, with two RBIs apiece.
