This new benefit will begin in a gradual way and limited in national currency, to the extent that the financial flows allow it, mainly in the communities with more than 300 isolated inhabitants, with a collective use in its first stage.

The service will also be marketed freely in Cuban convertible currency for all the Cuban juridical people, independently of the fixed telephony that the user possesses, because the cell service is individual and nonnegotiable.

The activation of that service will cost 111 Cuban Convertible Peso (CUC), besides the equipment that the client acquires in the stands of ETECSA.
