Fomentos marble is very popular and experts consider the cream-color variety -only found in that territory- to be a best quality product since it allows the production of a-centimeter-thick blocks. Besides, the crystallization process is natural and needs just a few imported items for polishing.

Cariblanca marble bed, one of the five that exist in the country, is expected to be useful for at least have a century.
