In a meeting held at Dolores' ancient school in which both leaders studied in the eastern city of Santiago de Cuba, FEEM's president Patricia Flechilla gave their credentials as guests.

"This is our modest but deepest recognition to those who made from their lives a model of ethic, dignity and dedication to the cause of the homeland", said Flechilla at the ceremony, reported Juventud Rebelde newspaper.

Under the slogan "Making Revolution" the congress will be held on March in Havana.
