As a result of that tendency, the Meliá Cohíba Hotel, run by the Spanish group Sol Meliá, will hold the Mediterranean Rice and Sea Festival.
The initiative, which will conclude on December 1, will offer a wide range of Mediterranean dishes.
The festival will take place at El Abanico Fusion Restaurant and will be headed by Spanish Chef Santiago Batista, who joined the Meliá Cohíba Hotel's staff recently.
Precisely, El Abanico is a gourmet restaurant with a sophisticated offer. Its decoration, consisting of stained-glass windows and paintings, is inspired in a Cuban colonial house.
