Secretary Paula Raqeukai said this was made possible by Prime Minister Commodore Voreqe Bainimaramas trip to New York where he was able to talk to the Cuban government about helping the sport in Fiji.

He said they are looking at next year when coaches and trainers will come down.

Meanwhile, Boxing Fiji is getting ready to organize the Olympic qualifiers next year.
