Voters registration lists are posted in public places throughout the country since Tuesday on, for the municipal elections of Peoples Power, scheduled for October. These lists allow the citizens to check their names and correct data, in order to inform any error or omission.

In addition, the municipal, provincial and national commissions began their work as part of the electoral process. These boards are created to ellaborate and present the projects of the delegates to provincial and national assemblies, and cover the posts elected by them.

Presided by a representative of the Confederation of Cuban Workers, they are also integrated by members of the Committees for the Defense of the Revolution, the Federation of Cuban Women, the National Association of Small Farmers, the Federation of University Students and the Federation of High School Students.
