Havana will host business event of Non-Aligned Countries

The event, under the auspices of the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Cuba -Honorary President of the MNOAL Business Council-, will be held at the Convention Center in the Cuban capital.

According to the website of the Cuban Foreign Ministry, the event will take place prior to the 25th International Fair of Havana (FIHAV-2007) scheduled for November 5-10 and it will be attended by all the chambers of commerce of the MNOAL member countries, economic associations, observers and guests.

During the forum, participants will discuss ways to promote trade cooperation, investments and finances as well as viable alternatives for the development of the countries of the South.

There will also be a business round and participants will visit the stands of FIHAV-2007.

Cuba currently chairs the Movement of Non-Aligned Countries, which is comprised of 118 countries and is the most important political association of the so-called Third World.
