Cuban National Ballet arrives in Paris

According to Prensa Latina news agency, the BNC arrived in France last weekend and they just finished a short and successful tour around the southern region of the country where they performed in Perpignan and in Vaison La Romaine.
The performance of the BNC is eagerly anticipated in Paris where huge posters have been put in some of the most frequented places of the French capital such as the Champs-Elysées and the Eiffel Tower.
The BNC will participate in the Summers of Dance Festival of Paris, which this year will honor Cuban prima ballerina assoluta Alicia Alonso, who has more than a hundred international awards and decorations.
On this occasion, the BNC has chosen the ballets Giselle and Don Quixote with the performance of First Dancers Viengsay Valdés, Annette Delgado, Hayna Gutiérrez, Sadaise Arencibia, Joel Carreño and Rómel Frómeta.
