The new graduates concluded their courses at the Havana institute, which has granted diplomas to professionals of 30 graduations since its foundation in 1973.

Some 2,236 new bachelors in Physical Culture graduated this year in different Cuban higher education centers said Beatriz Sanchez, who is the rector of the Havana institute.

The new graduates will join social programs and projects aimed at improving the Cuban people's quality of life by offering their services in rehabilitation areas, rural communities, schools, and recreation centers.
