Ma Xihuong, vice minister of Trade for the Popular Republic of China, assured that commercial relations and bilateral cooperation between Cuba and its sister Asian nation have entered in a new stage, after both parties signed a series of agreements on Monday that strengthen the ties of cooperation between the two countries.
