Cuban National Ballet to Hold Gala on New Year

<p style="text-align: justify;">12/24/2010. The Cuban National Ballet, directed by prima ballerina assoluta Alicia Alonso, will hold its traditional gala on January 1st, to mark a new anniversary of the triumph of the Cuban Revolution.The presentation will take place at the García Lorca Hall of Havana’s Grand Theater.The event’s program also includes the presentation of the winner of the Grand Theater Annual Award in 2010. U.S. terminal at Havana airport reopens

<p style="text-align: justify;">Just in time for Christmas travel, the Instituto de Aeronáutica Civil reopened Terminal 2 of José Martí International Airport in Havana on Dec. 24.The terminal, for U.S. charter flights from Miami, New York and Los Angeles, had been undergoing extensive renovations and expansion.
