A Cuban entrepreneur, known as Carlos Blanco, tragically lost his life this past Friday in a severe multi-car collision at the intersection of 87th Avenue and 36th Street NW in Doral, Florida. According to Univision 23 Miami, family members and close associates revealed that Blanco experienced a heart attack moments before the crash, causing him to lose control of his vehicle.

Heart Attack Leads to Devastating Collision

The accident happened shortly before 11 a.m. at one of Doral's busiest intersections. Blanco was driving a red GMC truck traveling north to south when it suddenly veered into oncoming traffic, ran a red light, and collided with a white car that was stopped, triggering a six-vehicle pileup.

Friends and family, who chose to remain anonymous, confirmed to Univision 23 that Blanco was behind the wheel of the red GMC and suffered a heart attack just before the crash. They described him as the manager of the company Satcha Bowling and noted he had recently returned to Florida.

Eyewitness Accounts of the Incident

Several witnesses reported that something unusual occurred to the driver before the collision. One individual told Telemundo 51, "The red truck was coming from the north to the south, on the wrong side of the road, at an incredible speed. It seemed like something happened to the person; I think they had a heart attack and pressed the gas, not stopping until crashing into the car ahead."

A witness identifying himself as a pastor described the efforts of paramedics attempting to revive the driver: "They were performing CPR, but he wasn't responding. I was praying for him there, but... I'm a pastor," he told the same outlet.
