This Wednesday, the Cuban-American comedic duo, The Pichy Boys, weighed in on the ongoing discussion surrounding the deportations of Cubans from the United States. While they acknowledged the immigration policies of Donald Trump, Joe Biden, and Barack Obama, they firmly asserted that the primary blame for the exodus from the island lies with the Cuban regime.
"Before blaming Trump for deporting Cubans, before pointing fingers at Biden for allowing thousands of Cubans in with papers that essentially turn many into deportees and prevent them from benefiting from the Cuban Adjustment Act, and before criticizing Barack Obama for removing the Wet Foot, Dry Foot policy that automatically granted us status," the duo stated on social media platform X.
After mentioning the three American administrations, The Pichy Boys directed their criticism towards those they believe are responsible for millions of Cubans leaving their homeland.
"It takes guts to blame Fidel Castro, Raúl Castro, Díaz-Canel, and the entire PCC for the reason we are all far from home today," they declared.
Their message concluded with a powerful statement: "Down with the dictatorship!"
