The injured boy, identified as Yasiel Luís Hernández Martín, was diagnosed with a minor cranial trauma and remained under observation. He was reported to be in stable condition but still under careful monitoring.
The director of the Mario Muñoz Hospital in Colón later confirmed that Yasiel's vital signs were stable, and he was not in any immediate life-threatening danger.
Yasiel was set to be transferred to the Pediatric Hospital in Matanzas for further evaluation. Patients with cranial injuries, whether minor or severe, are typically sent to this facility for ongoing assessment.
