This Monday, Cuba experienced yet another complete failure of its National Electric System (SEN) after a frequency fluctuation undermined the progress made throughout the day.
"Just a few minutes ago, the National Electric System faced a new disconnection. Despite the progress achieved today, a fluctuation led to the collapse. More details to follow," reported Lázaro Manuel Alonso, an official journalist.
