According to the Sheriff's Office report obtained by Local 10 News, surveillance cameras captured Williams and Oscar entering the airport via the curbside arrivals area on multiple occasions. They were seen heading straight to the baggage claim, grabbing suitcases, and exiting the terminal to waiting vehicles.
In one documented instance, the duo made off with luggage valued at $6,305 from carousel 26. In another incident on the same carousel, they stole items worth approximately $4,000.
Investigations also reveal that Williams was seen alone in several other incidents, removing bags from carousels 22, 23, and 25 within the airport.
The combined value of all stolen goods amounted to $27,205, based on the case records.
Williams is facing six counts of third-degree grand theft, while Oscar is charged with two counts of the same crime. Jail records further indicate that Williams had a prior arrest for armed robbery with a deadly weapon in an unrelated case.
Both men remained in custody at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center as of Friday. Williams' bail was set at $20,000, and Oscar's at $7,500.
The official arrest report lists their nationality as "African."
