In a heartfelt display of affection, renowned Spanish singer Alejandro Sanz invited his girlfriend, Peruvian actress Stephanie Cayo, to join him on stage during his recent concert in Las Vegas. The couple performed "Corazón Partío," one of Sanz's most iconic songs, marking the end of the U.S. leg of his worldwide tour, ¿Y Ahora Qué? World Tour.
The performance took place at PH Live at Planet Hollywood. As Sanz began the 1997 classic, he called Cayo to join him, much to the delight and surprise of the thousands in attendance. Although this wasn't Cayo's first onstage appearance with Sanz during the tour, it was their debut performance singing together.
With his arm wrapped around her waist, Sanz pulled Cayo closer, and the two exchanged affectionate glances throughout the song. Their duet concluded with a tender, shy kiss, igniting cheers from the crowd.
The couple's onstage chemistry quickly went viral on social media, reigniting discussions about their relationship that has been a hot topic for months.
The romance between Sanz and Cayo first came to light in February 2026, with their initial public kiss captured on February 21 in Guayaquil, during the Latin American leg of the tour. This revelation followed shortly after Sanz’s split from Candela Márquez in December 2025.
Public displays of their affection have been frequent since. On April 26, Sanz invited Cayo to dance with him at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn and shared a public kiss, a moment that garnered over 2.1 million views online.
In an April interview with Jordi Évole, Sanz openly expressed his feelings, saying, "I am very much in love." During the interview, Stephanie called via video and greeted Sanz with a heartfelt "Mi vida." Évole took the opportunity to inform Cayo of Sanz's affectionate words: "Did you know he told me he believes in forever love again? He answered automatically, and I wanted you to know if he hasn't told you himself."
Cayo, who is 20 years younger than Sanz, has maintained a low profile regarding their relationship. In a March interview with Peruvian television, she shared, "I'm very happy and at peace. It's something I want to protect dearly because of its beauty."
