On Wednesday, Cuban influencer Amanda Camaraza took to Instagram to share a touching post in honor of her son Marcello's first birthday. The post was accompanied by a series of professional outdoor cake smash photos.
In her Instagram post, Amanda expressed her deep emotions, writing: "Looking at these photos, I can't tell who gave life to whom... because you are the oxygen in my blood, Marcello. I love you so much it hurts and scares me. Today you turn one, and I still can't believe it. You look so perfect, so beautiful and healthy, full of vitality… with those black eyes that are the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. Happy birthday, my little bug. In your tiny hands lies my entire world."
The post was shared the day before Marcello's actual birth date, May 21, 2025. Marcello is the first child of Amanda and her partner, businessman Manuel Alejandro Pérez Odicio, also known as "Manny."
The photos feature the little one dressed in a Levi's denim overall and camel-colored boots, standing in front of a white cake with textured decorations and a wooden topper spelling "One" in cursive.
In one of the images, Amanda, wearing a royal blue dress and her black hair in waves, guides Marcello's hand towards the cake while the curious baby looks on.
Other shots capture the child standing beside the cake, with white frosting smudged on his cheek and nose, a tradition popular among Latino families in the United States to mark a child's first birthday.
A Journey Shared on Social Media
Amanda introduced Marcello to the world on the day he was born, sharing the joyous moment on her social media platforms and has since been documenting her journey through motherhood.
However, in August 2025, Amanda made the decision to partially withdraw Marcello from social media, a choice that was respected by many of her followers.
Based in Miami, Amanda Camaraza has amassed over a million followers on Instagram, a milestone she celebrated in June 2025.
The birthday post for Marcello quickly garnered more than 18,600 likes and 645 comments, filled with congratulatory messages from followers and members of the Cuban community abroad.
