A young Cuban woman recently took to TikTok to give her followers a tour of her new home in Cuba, where she and her family have just settled in.
The video quickly garnered attention on social media as the content creator showcased every corner of the house, explaining that they are still in the process of organizing the space. Having just moved in, they are gradually acquiring new items to furnish their home.
"The house is small but charming," she remarks while showing the entryway, the porch, and the living room. One of her favorite features is a cozy nook in the living room that she plans to continue decorating.
The kitchen tour highlights a staple in many Cuban homes: a charcoal stove. With a laugh, she comments, "A respectable Cuban house has a charcoal stove."
The young woman also takes viewers through the bedrooms. One room belongs to her daughter and mother-in-law. Currently, her mother-in-law is abroad, so her daughter uses the space to store her belongings.
She shares her plans to make some changes to better utilize the space. This includes creating a separate room for her daughter and reorganizing a small room they use as a closet.
"We want to add another room so we aren't so cramped," she explains, showing where they currently store clothes and other items.
The tour concludes in the bathroom, one of her favorite areas. She has been organizing it little by little since their arrival.
