"I just passed by Malecón at the Belascoaín corner and saw this accident with a fatality. The silver car was damaged on the right side, and the electric bike was overturned on the sidewalk. A video circulating online showed the car with significant damage on its right side, while the electric motorcycle—described by users as an "electric bike-motorcycle hybrid"—lay overturned on the pavement, a testament to the crash's severity.
