The shocking disappearance and subsequent discovery of an elderly man’s body in the town of Espartaco, within Cienfuegos' Palmira municipality, have sparked outrage and sorrow. On January 5, a young man fishing in the Canal near the Maraboto area discovered part of Miguel's body in the water. The rest was found nearby the next day.
