A Cuban man, Yandry García, took to TikTok to expose the heartbreaking state of his home in Florida after renting it out to a tenant who, according to García, failed to pay rent for several months and left the property in shambles.
"Our home in Florida was destroyed. The tenant didn't pay rent for several months, and this is the condition they left the house in, a house we worked so hard for. This is what happened to me," García shared alongside the video, which quickly gained attention on the social media platform.
The footage reveals rooms cluttered with trash, torn curtains, a bathroom in disrepair, and floors covered in filth. García noted that the tenant kept around 30 dogs inside, resulting in an unbearable stench and severe damage to the property.
"The stench inside is unbearable. Look at how this man left my home; he never changed the air conditioning filters. I don't understand how anyone could live like this," García lamented as he documented the destruction in every corner of his house.
