Supreme Court to Examine Constitutionality of Trump's Birthright Citizenship Order

The United States Supreme Court declared on Friday its intention to assess the constitutionality of former President Donald Trump's executive order aimed at restricting birthright citizenship. This principle has been enshrined in the 14th Amendment since 1868.
