Cuban-American Businesswoman Alicia Cervera Unveils Her Stunning Coral Gables Home and Shares Her Life Philosophy

Alicia Cervera, a prominent Cuban-American business figure and a powerhouse in Miami's real estate scene, recently opened the doors to her magnificent Coral Gables residence. In a video by content creator Robert Sielmann, Cervera combines opulence, personal history, and a compelling life lesson.

"Today, we're touring the home of one of Miami's most significant figures, someone who has been instrumental in the city's growth," Sielmann announces in the video. He highlights that Cervera and her company have been involved in the sale of over 70,000 properties and the construction of more than 140 buildings throughout South Florida.

Throughout the tour, Alicia, who is the co-owner and CEO of Cervera Real Estate, shares heartfelt insights into her life and her home.

“I paid $785,000, minus my commission, 35 years ago when Coral Gables was already a highly desirable area," she recalls with a smile.

Born in Cuba to a Peruvian mother, Cervera arrived in the United States in 1961. "Thanks to this country, I have this home," she proudly states, gesturing towards an American flag at the entrance.

Her home, both elegant and welcoming, features notable artwork and family mementos, such as a tapestry from Paris.

At the video's conclusion, Cervera imparts her life philosophy: "You have to take action. When you think of something, you must do it, because thoughts without action lead nowhere."
