In an Instagram story, Reyes shared that the idea fills her with "immense excitement and a little bit of fear." She described it as a "huge commitment," especially after the stellar performances by Marianela Ancheta and Lina Luaces, which have only heightened her inspiration. The content creator acknowledged the significant impact these recent Cuban representatives have had on the international stage.
Although the actress has yet to confirm her candidacy, she did express feeling the backing and high expectations from the public. "I sense that you all expect a lot from me, which is motivating, yet it also scares me a bit," she wrote in her post, which featured a striking black-and-white photo.
Reyes mentioned that, for now, she prefers to leave the decision "in God's hands," clarifying that while she hasn't seriously considered entering the competition, she hasn't ruled it out either.
