Fiu Fiu brought up the events of July 11, 2021, when thousands of Cubans took to the streets to protest against Miguel Díaz-Canel's regime, highlighting the repression, political prisoners, and deaths that marked that day. "You don't know how many people were beaten, tortured, or disappeared that day. A friend of mine was imprisoned for eleven months just for protesting. There are still people locked up since then," he lamented.
The influencer also criticized that while Cubans face hunger, disease, and a lack of medicine, public figures like Pollito Tropical choose to remain silent or downplay the crisis in the country. "You have a platform to raise your voice for a suffering people, and you choose to stay silent. Cuba has been held hostage for 70 years, filled with pain, without the freedom to elect its leaders," Fiu Fiu added.
He concluded his message with harsh words directed at Pollito: "You're useless and will remain so. Just as the Twin Towers fell, you should fall too. Time will reveal who you really are."
