A Cuban national is among three individuals facing serious charges for allegedly breaking into a woman's home in Miami-Dade County, repeatedly assaulting her, and threatening her life, authorities have reported.

Prior to the assault, the victim had alerted police after witnessing Byron drag another woman into a nearby residence. As officers were investigating that matter, the three accused individuals broke through the victim's back patio door and entered her home.
Once inside, Sánchez allegedly grabbed the woman by her shirt, tearing it, and shouted, “B, you’re going to let us in here, or we’ll kill you.” As she attempted to call her family for help, Byron reportedly snatched her phone away.
The situation escalated once police officers left the scene. In the backyard, Sánchez is said to have struck the woman with an umbrella, while Byron kicked her. She managed to escape in her vehicle, but was pursued by Sánchez to another residence where he attempted to assault her again, as per the report.
