Young Man Severely Attacked in Santiago de Cuba

A 20-year-old, known as "Damián Ulises", was critically injured after being stabbed on Tuesday afternoon in Santiago de Cuba. This violent incident took place in the Altamira neighborhood, specifically in an area referred to as "el Hoyo de Panché". Witnesses reported that the victim suffered a deep stab wound to the abdomen, exposing parts of his intestines, as detailed on Facebook by journalist Yosmany Mayeta Labrada.

Local accounts suggest the attack was sparked by a dispute over a debt, with the aggressor allegedly stabbing Damián after he refused to repay it. Some neighbors describe the young man as difficult, with a history of conflicts, although he has not faced formal charges for these alleged actions.
