In a TikTok video, a Cuban woman offered a glimpse into the intricate and often stressful process of packing her luggage for a trip to the island to visit family. Using the handle @migdreysiperez, she shared her thoughts, saying, "Heading to Cuba and packing bags. Sounds crazy, but well, blessings."

The video highlights her packing strategy, revealing stacks of yogurt and baby food purchased from Sam’s Club. These items, chosen for their non-perishable nature, seemed like the perfect practical choice for the journey. "There's over a hundred bucks' worth of stuff here," she noted while showcasing the products.

In addition to the food items, her luggage included jewelry, toothpaste, mosquito repellent, spices, bay leaves, oregano, medications, colognes, masks, perfumes, coffee, and soaps, strategically packed in various bags to balance the weight. "I love bringing Goya seasonings; they are a must-have in Cuba," she asserted.

She humorously and nervously described the anxiety that accompanies her packing routine, stemming not just from the task itself but also the anticipation of being reunited with her mother, sister, and son after more than a year apart. "It's a mix of so many emotions... I even get nervous because time is running out," she admitted, detailing her method of organizing luggage into categories of medications, toiletries, and food.

The TikTok post quickly gained traction, resonating with many users who have shared similar experiences of traveling to Cuba with bags full of hard-to-find items.
