The Cuban influencer, Pollito Tropical, has once again taken social media by storm with his candid and unfiltered account of his recent hair transplant experience. Displaying a noticeably swollen face due to post-surgery effects, the content creator openly shared what he looks like and how he has managed the process. "This is the reality many people shy away from discussing. Unfortunately, yes, right now I look like Mr. Potato Head or a Chinese person," he remarked while showing his puffy eyes. "I had the hair procedure for those asking, and it's logical for your head, face, everything to swell because they inject a lot of fluid to lift the skin and extract each hair follicle."
Although many were concerned about his swollen appearance, Pollito reassured everyone that he is not in pain: "It's not a painful procedure. What does hurt a lot, immensely, are the anesthesia injections, but once the anesthesia kicks in, you start to feel numb almost immediately and don't feel much after that."
A Marathon Hair Procedure
He elaborated that the procedure lasted about ten hours, describing it as an intense hair marathon: "I spent nearly eight or nine hours, if not ten. I believe I reached ten. They extracted 4,027 follicles from the back to place them at the front. The good thing is I have a lot of hair around, which serves as the donor area."
One of the post-surgery effects that drew attention was the fluid accumulation in his face. "When I looked down at my phone, the fluid pooled mainly under my eyes. It's not painful; I don't feel a thing. The process is painless, and I even fell asleep several times during the implant."
Unwavering Humor and Advice
As always, he couldn't resist adding his touch of humor and a straightforward piece of advice: "Do I recommend it? Yes, if you're bald, go for it," he stated without hesitation.
With his usual frankness and humor, Pollito Tropical once again shows why he remains a beloved figure on social media, even during his most vulnerable moments.
