Disturbing Messages Found on Shell Casings of Charlie Kirk's Alleged Killer

Friday, September 12, 2025 by Felix Ortiz

In a chilling revelation, authorities have identified messages engraved on the shell casings left by Tyler Robinson, the prime suspect in the murder of conservative commentator Charlie Kirk. Utah's governor disclosed this unsettling discovery during a press conference on Friday, amid an investigation that has captivated the public's attention.

According to reports from Fox Chicago, the engravings included sarcastic phrases and cultural references from the internet. One inscription read: “Notices, bulges, OwO what’s this?”—a term from the furry community mimicking a wide-eyed emoji. Another message tauntingly stated, “Hey fascist! Catch!”—a nod to a scene from the video game Helldivers 2, used when throwing bombs in the game.

Additional etchings included political and mocking sentiments. One referenced the anti-fascist Italian song “Bella Ciao,” which has gained popularity on social media. Another provocative message read: “If you're reading this, you're gay, hahaha,” echoing conspiracy theories on TikTok accusing Trump allies of hidden homosexuality.

Suspicions about Robinson intensified when a relative alerted an acquaintance, who then contacted law enforcement. Robinson's roommate provided investigators with Discord messages where Robinson mentioned a rifle wrapped in a towel, a special scope, and the engravings on the bullets.

Implications and Reactions

The case took a further twist after Donald Trump made comments on Fox and Friends, suggesting potential involvement from Robinson's father. However, authorities have yet to specify which family member might have assisted in the apprehension.

Family testimonies indicated that Robinson had become politically radicalized in recent years, expressing vehement opposition to Kirk, whom he accused of spreading hate. Investigators confirmed Robinson arrived at Utah Valley University driving a gray Dodge Challenger, the same vehicle described by his family.

Kirk, a co-founder of the organization Turning Point USA, was fatally shot in the neck during a Q&A session at the university. The shooter fired from a nearby rooftop and fled through a wooded area. Police discovered a shoe print, palm impression, and a high-powered rifle, all linking Robinson to the crime.

National Outcry and Political Violence Debate

President Donald Trump has confirmed Robinson's arrest and announced that Kirk will be posthumously awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom. “He was a good man who only wanted to help young people,” Trump stated.

Kirk's death has sparked a nationwide outcry and reignited discussions about the surge in political violence across the United States.
