Cuban actress and comedian Zulema Cruz, currently residing in Miami, has been mesmerized by the cost of food items in Spain during her vacation. She eagerly took to social media to share her astonishment and excitement about how prices differ from those in the United States.
On her Instagram account, Zulema posted a video showcasing her purchases from a Spanish supermarket: three loaves of bread, six flans, four rice puddings, Serrano ham, cold salad, lasagna, and a potato and onion omelet. "Thirteen euros. Someone explain this to me, we should move here," she exclaimed in amazement.
In another clip from the French supermarket Alcampo, Zulema described it as "a field filled with food." She humorously added, "I'll show you a picture with the prices. I know earning money here isn't easy, but imagine living here with money. We should retire and come over," she joked.
The comedian admitted that the accessibility and variety of products in Spanish supermarkets left her completely "fascinated." With her signature humor and enthusiasm, Zulema Cruz managed to convey not only her surprise but also her appreciation for everyday life in Spain. However, she made it clear that she wouldn't leave Miami, where her family and life are established.
"I don't know if I can resist the temptation to move to Spain, but for now, I'm enjoying these holidays," she stated.
