This Monday, the reggaeton artist known as Chocolate MC returned to Miami-Dade County Court as his legal battle over charges of threatening Damian Valdez continues. Yosvany Sierra Hernández, his real name, appeared in the red jumpsuit designated for high-risk inmates, with his hands shackled to his waist and ankle chains. "Sad, very sad, he's my brother," stated his sister, Isis Arislén Sierra, reflecting the emotional heaviness of the scene. "It was tough... I sat there thinking, if our mom saw this, it would be too much for her. It's hard to see a family member in such conditions repeatedly," she added.

During the hearing, the prosecution noted that the only remaining step is the main detective's testimony for the defense before the trial can commence. Chocolate MC is facing serious accusations of allegedly threatening and attempting to recruit others through social media to murder Damian Valdez Galloso, who is accused of killing El Taiger.

His defense attorney disclosed that Chocolate MC submitted a letter to the judge, the contents of which remain confidential, having been read privately before being officially added to the case file.

Llorente explained that the reggaeton star plans to return to music with a dramatically different message. "As he says, he's going to 'preach the Bible,' creating psalms in his unique musical style," Llorente remarked, adding, "He'll still be the king, but this time proclaiming Jesus Christ."

During a June 5 hearing, Judge Mindy S. Glazer denied him bail, citing a violation of a previous release condition. The reggaeton artist denied claims of mental instability during the proceedings. This case adds to his extensive legal history, marking his fifth open case in Florida and his ninth arrest in eight years.
