In an Instagram story, he shared a photo of his father resting in a hospital bed, with the caption: "This is why I've been absent over the weekend. My dad."
Later, the content creator elaborated that his father had to be rushed to the hospital due to sudden health issues. "He underwent emergency surgery because his gallbladder was inflamed. It had an infection and also had stones," Álvarez detailed in a video he posted following the initial story.
Álvarez recounted that the situation arose unexpectedly, demanding his full attention to be with his family during these critical moments. "It was something that came out of nowhere," he explained, visibly relieved that the operation had been timely.
Fortunately, his father's condition has improved post-surgery, and he has been discharged from the hospital. "He's home now, resting, and all that's left is for him to recover gradually," the influencer shared, expressing gratitude for the support and concern he has received.
