In the early hours of Sunday morning, a 33-year-old man was shot during a robbery in Miramar, located in Broward County, Florida. An unidentified assailant targeted him for his watch, as reported by Telemundo 51.

The victim was discovered injured inside a residence around 1:50 a.m. The thief demanded the man's watch, shot him, and then fled the scene. This incident occurred near the 3000 block of SW 147th Terrace, close to the Solena Miramar apartments and the Residence Inn hotel, in proximity to Miramar Parkway.

Telemundo broadcasted footage of law enforcement officers collecting evidence in the parking area near the crime scene. The wounded man was taken to the hospital, but his gunshot wound is not considered life-threatening. The suspect remains at large.

Just last week, a teenage girl was abruptly awakened from her sleep by a stray bullet that struck her while she was in bed at a condominium in northwest Miami-Dade. Additionally, on the night of July 4th, a woman was injured by gunfire while walking home in Little Havana.
